We have designed a brand new education program, that differs from already existing Masters program and which is currently not offered by any other Italian SMI: A Talents Academy.  It aims at attracting  young Talents, training them to enter the job market and giving them the opportunity to start a career path at Soft-in, whether in one of the Soft-in core units, or inside the R&D center to study new technological solutions for the market, or inside the start-ups boosted by the company.

A specific technological and management training on the job will be offered, through:

• 19 training subjects spacing from business modeling, to digital marketing, from new technologies in ICT to IoT contexts;

• a team of qualified trainers from the academic and the entrepreneurial world, experienced in business innovation;

• a 6-months program;

• a co-working and teamworking methodology and case studies presentation.

The Academy is addressed to selected Talents, both graduating and graduated, passionate for innovation, technology, digital and start-ups, with an engineering or technical background and excellent average grades!
