As one of the first Italian SMIs, we are staking our competencies: The Start-up Center is a training, incubation and boosting program offered by Soft-in, aiming at attracting new innovative business ideas to our R&D Center.

The project is addressed to all those who have an innovative idea and desire to carry it out!

In return for a work for equity approach, we provide start-up companies with a solid 360° support program, offering all the necessary tools for the development and growth of innovative ideas.

This results in a welfare benefit, consisting in following step by step the start-ups growth path, mentoring and training them, in order to reduce the failure risk of new Italian companies.

Each Start-up joining our program will be evaluated and selected on the basis of 5 KPIs:

• The maturity of the project (life cycle phase)

• The type of needed support (technical vs. strategic)

• The team composition

• The potential of the idea

• The degree of integration with Soft-in expertise and core business.
