Robot guide
The manifacturing industry often requires industrial robots, in
the process of industrial automation, in order to take objects that
don't have a precise position, or to place objects in non determined
parts. The
"playback" technique is not efficient in these conditions: the automatic
vision has the solution for this problem.
The successful application of automatic vision:
- 1. Assembly of pneumatics: the stock can rotate, and steer, but
the robot can not know how to place the wheel, without help.
- 2. Assembly of windscreen and rear windows: the problem is the
exact positioning of the glass, because the space for the glass
is not realized with accuracy. It is therefore necessary to centre
with more precision.
- 3. Ordering mechanical pieces (motor heads).
The pallet supports a pile of parts in layers, but not in such a
precise way as to be able to use mechanical systems for centeryng,
in order to take the pieces .
