3.0 Tracking system

General description

The system is composed of an on board device connected to the vehicle and a
control center software with cartographic maps.
The main feature of the system is its small size that makes it suitable for security
usage.
The vehicle device is able to communicate via SMS or Data link on the GSM net
and has an internal GPS for the localization.
