2.0 Localization system

General description

The system is composed of an on-board device without connections to the vehicle
and a control center software, with a cartographic maps, to e installled on personal computers.
The vehicle device is able to communicate via SMS or Data link throught the GSM net.
The main feature of this system is the easiness with which can be installed because no
power supply or external connection for antennas are required.
